Hard missions = good. It makes you think about your party and how to work together. Once people get better at the game you won't find it so hard.

No he's right Cain, I haven't figured out even close to how to beat it with Henchmen teams this game is suppose to be soloable too (aside from Undeworld/Fissure probably)
Buff Henchmen AI!
Otherwise, yeah it's fine. Meteor Shower/Maelstorm gives you an easy win.

Quests like this are doable, you just have to die a lot. The problem, is when the henchmen bug out and get stuck in the walls or don't follow you after they rez and you die again, but because you heave a healer it won't respawn you. That's if you're playing with hecnies of course.

I'm doing it with henchmen, and I'm fairly sure I can get it done with them if I don't mess up. Strategy is what it's all about though, careful timing and choosing the right paths to take.

You realize it's based on luck too right? The darn henchmen almost always screw SOMETHING up

Its nice to have some missions that require a group. If not this one then hopefully some missions added later.

Hehe, actually I can control them pretty well now. I don't think I've died because of a henchman since near Yak's Bend.
Also there is one mission so far that needs a group of players. Aurora Glade. There's no way to beat them to the shrines if you are the only one carrying the crystals, I tried for like 10 mins and they kept getting the shrine opposite the one I did everytime, so I tried to just kill them all but was hit by like wave after wave of them until one of their runners got the last shrine and I failed.

Make missions like this OPTIONAL, such as after-ascended content. Gives you goodies and junk. Becoming ascended is a absoulute must. Its really a pain findin a good team, and then completing the mission. If its trial and error, its not hard, its just a grind. Actuactly, thats exactly what it is, a grind. The above poster is right, all luck.

It should be easier to find good teams in a week or two when more people are higher level. You gotta remember, the game hasn't been out that long.
And other players screw me over more than henchmen

For the record, I know someone that's beat the entire game with henchmen with the execption of a mission or two. It is possible, you just have to figure it out. Give it time.

First time I tried I ran out of time cause I was taking it slow. This mission is long but can be done with team work; I was in a group of level 12-15 members and one monk henchman. I'm a ranger so i equipped the dodge skill so i could run fast. When we got to the part with the three crystals I would concentrate on having at least one crystal in our control while the rest of the group focused on killing the crystal carrier and whom ever then ran into. By the time we were done we had killed everyone and had time to finish the sub-mission (it took a while to be done, lots of running to and fro).
I think you need at least two humans playing to finish, with someone who can run fast in between crystals and avoid ranged attacks. Playing solo you have to be able to move fast and avoid unecessary battles.

I did it with henchman - you need to learn what happens when you hit a particular mark on the map. For example: 1) going for the second crystal, you can either cross the bridge or go around; but if you go around you get pincered by a second group that shows up, if you cross the bridge you make your trek back easier and get a morale bonus, 2)the first crystal is easy as pie 3) the third crystal is VERY HARD to get, so what did I do? I ran in full steam ahead, stole it, and ran to the ghostly hero with 7 minutes left (took my time so none of the henchs had a DP). It isn't hard, with the timer ticking, it just makes you think it is.
EDIT: I was a W/monk sporting as a second healer, healer hench, brawler, figher, mage, cultist was my line up.
